PITCH DESK GUIDELINES

 Overview

VISION
Provide a mission statement that helps describe the vision of your company or solution

PROBLEM
Define the real problem that your solution is addressing or solving

SOLUTION
Demonstrate your company’s value proposition: describe your solution, and tell us why your company is uniquely qualified to provide that solution

MARKET

Define your target market.  Tell us whose problem(s) you are solving.  Provide estimates of the total size of your “addressable market”

REVENUE MODEL

How will you make money? What are your revenue sources?  How will you price your solution(s)?  What will your cost structure look like?

IMPACT

What are the benefits that will be enjoyed by customers using your solution (i.e., increased efficiency, lower costs, enhanced customer experience)?

COMPETITION
Where is your company positioned in the marketplace?  Who are your key-–or potential–competitors? How can you differentiate yourself from the competition?  What are your relative strengths?  Any weaknesses?

CHANNEL/ MARKETING STRATEGIES
How will you reach your market?  Describe your channel strategy and your marketing strategy and explain how these strategies will help you penetrate the market

TIMELINE
Indicate relevant recent activities/achievements  (e.g., founding date, first customers contracted) lay out future plans and aspirations

TEAM
Highlight key team members, especially the female founders or leaders, their functions, expertise, experience, education

FINANCIALS
Show 3-5 years of financial projections, including revenue, margins and profitability.  If you need any investment, indicate the amount of capital you are seeking, and what you plan to do with it
